The Customer Service Manager is assigned to the Service Department and is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
- Strong Industry knowledge
- Proven working experience of at least 5 years as a Customer Service Manager
- Microsoft Office with expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- CDK, Stopwatch and any other Automotive related Software used by the Company
- Proficiency in English
