Resource Planner 

Job Overview

The Resource Planning function is responsible for creating, maintaining and issuing staff schedules/rosters in a timely manner, ensuring there are sufficient planned resources for safe operations and that services are delivered as efficiently as possible while complying with local labour laws. Incumbent will also work with the Planning team to identify ways to improve resource planning processes and control and inform about planned productivity and analyze any deviations between planned and actual productivity.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel 

Experience in staff rostering and planning would be an asset

Strong analytical, decision making and communication skills
