About the job

The Load Control Agent (Dispatcher) is responsible for day-to-day support in a highly manual and regulated environment within the confines of the Airport Operations. The position encompasses functions such as Load Control Agent, Passenger Service Agent, Wheelchair Assistant to the highest standard while complying with Local, Airport and Swissport StandardOperating Procedures and Policies.

Requirements

• MAVO or HAVO diploma 

• Passionate about customer service 

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  

• Additional languages desirable

• Attention to detail and numeracy

• Willingness to work in inclement weather

• Flexibility to work on various shifts (overtime, days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)In addition, the required physical activities include occasional lifting as well as other basic everyday physical activities.
