About the job

The Duty Manager must efficiently and profitably manage and direct Ground Handling activities by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to its customers. The Duty Manager must also manage, motivate, and engage staff to ensure delivery of customer airlines targets SLA's while complying will all company and customer procedures, policies and brand values as well as the dimension of company targets.

Requirements

-   Integrity 

-   High school diploma or GED equivalent 

-   Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience 

-   Minimum of 5 years of aviation experience 

-   Ability to deal with conflict 

-   Strong oral and written communication skills 

-   Ability to work under pressure 

-   Customer focus and quality awareness 

-   High standards in quality and service level agreements 

-   Must be able to work flexible hours
