The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Contact Center and its various departments. They provide leadership, guidance and support to the administrative staff, as well as exceptional customer service and support to our colleagues, physicians and patients. They are trained to manage business metrics and create plans for development. The Administrative Services Manager will also take part in company-wide initiatives and work closely with Head Office to strategize and plan for implementation of various projects, as they arise.
