We are seeking a qualified, well-respected candidate to fill the position of Director of Security Operations for Frontier Security Services (Grenada) Inc.
Requirements:
*Ten (10) years of proven leadership experience in corporate security management and investigations and/or leadership experience in law enforcement management and investigations.
*5 years of management experience preferred.
*Demonstrated understanding of physical security strategies, policies, principles, procedures, and standards.
*Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, & SharePoint demonstrated creativity in the use of these products to solve analytical problems.
*Demonstrated organization, facilitation, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
*Ability to think critically through the intricacies of complex situations, with a keen ability for collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation.
*Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in defining access control policies and governance, asset protection best practices, and as well as in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
*Ability to effectively respond to newly developed risks and critical events as situations require.
